About

I'm Amir (AmirMohammad Mohammadi), a software engineer based in Tehran. I've spent the last three years building front-end products at Hamravesh, and a couple more before that freelancing for small businesses. Somewhere along the way I noticed I cared less about how a screen gets built and more about whether it should exist at all, which is what's pulling me toward UX and product design now.

When I'm not at a screen I'm usually listening/playing music or behind a camera.

I shoot film and digital, mostly street and people. The photos section of this site is an ongoing series of the things I find worth looking at.

I play violin, am an avid listener of music (mostly jazz trios and chill music), and yes, I love Bill Evans!
